I am not sure if its profits, but I just logged into Coinbase and a popup announcement came up "don't forget to pay your taxes". Then when you click on it, it goes to a page with their tax policy, and it clearly states…
Bump Has anyone heard any development in this? for GEMINI specifically. My understanding is, Coinbase sends a 1099 forum for profits in excess of $20,000. What about Gemini?
