i didnt get it why crap like this miner is produced. we got one in the office some weeks ago. the unit was getting fckin hot and i couldnt touch the housing otherwise i get burned. 2400W on the psu side..crazy...

i know but avalons are veryyyyy sensitive. s9 not so hard. i made efficiency tests with PSUS and rising ambient temp, PSU almost make no difference in efficiency.. canaan sorcerer psu and bitmains..not much difference…

i hope canaan made something about the rising power consumption at growing ambient temp...

i measured from the wall values with smart meter and there was almost no difference between APW3++ and APW7 regarding efficiency. in this case the power draw.. maybe 1-2 watts. so nothing. only apw7 was performing…
