Not yet, at least. But sarcheer's M10's PSU did try to put on an early Fourth of July fireworks display. I find these PSUs' general lack of safety certifications disturbing.

I wish they didn't go with integrated PSUs. I don't trust anything other than server PSUs to deliver that amount of power without being electrical and fire hazards.
