It's Bitcoin Pizza Day!
16 years back, Laszlo Hanyecz forked out 10,000 BTC for 2 pizzas from Papa John’s, marking the first real-world Bitcoin buy.
I thought it’d be cool to whip up a page showing what those 10,000 BTC could snag you today.
Here are some wild examples:
☕ 155 million cups of Starbucks coffee
📱 647,000 iPhone 17 Pro Max
🏎 2,600 Lamborghini Huracán
Check out the interactive page:

The whole point of this project is straightforward: instead of just showing Bitcoin's value in USD, let’s visualize what it can actually buy in real life.
What other "10,000 BTC today = ?" comparisons do you think would be fun to add?

How about a barrel of crude oil? It could buy now around 7.5 to 8 million barrels of crude oil.
That was a great page for comparison and it really shows how much the value of bitcoin have flown beyond years. Well, let's praise Laszlo one more time, he's still a living legend and will be forever etched in bitcoin's history.
