I've been checking out what the new 2026 Clarity Act means for us. The focus seems to have completely flipped from "protecting consumers" to prioritizing "national security."
I'm curious about how this will affect protocols that don't comply compared to those that are clearly on the right side of the law. I put together a detailed article looking at how this act might influence capital flow on a larger scale. Let’s talk about it!
2026 Clarity Act: Balancing National Security and Decentralization

When I saw consumer protection
I knew it was a cover
Now national security is even worse
Easier to give then justification that a coin is evil and should be confiscated
I just hope the clarity act doesn't push and affect individuals using non custodial wallet
Cause if it does
Sigh, I just hope the cypherpunk spirit is still strong.
