Am I being scammed?

Hey everyone, I bought a Bitmain miner from a US seller who's got good ratings on asicminervalue.com and positive reviews on other sites over the years. I placed my order and paid for a January batch in the middle to late January, but it seems like they’re still delayed because of the Chinese New Year or whatever? This is my first time buying a new one, so I really don't know what to expect here. Normally, when you order online, you get a tracking number pretty quickly and the shipment happens soon after.

Tell me why you haven't considered purchasing a unit directly from Bitmain? Did you just randomly choose some vendor from asicminervalue? Please share the site where you ordered this unit. Let me check if the site is legit or not. I just checked some sellers from asicminervalue in US-based by hovering the mouse to Trusted vendor with check icon some of US-based their product still came from china. I ordered some products before Chinese New Year, but some of them have not arrived yet, and I ask why my order stuck. The only reason they can give is shipping delays due to Chinese New Year. So maybe we have a similar case where the product is still in sorting center and Chinese people might be in vacation in 1 or 2 weeks?

which vendor did you purchase from? the Chinese new year, undoubtedly, did hold things up but that shouldn't be an issue at this point - I'd imagine they're all back to work and as such orders should be dispatched regularly.
