Hey everyone, is there anyone here that knows about Bitdeer Asic miners? I’m curious about their durability. I’m eyeing their new miner, the Sealminer A2 Pro, but I want to make sure it’s not just another gimmick. If nobody’s using that one, what’s the next best option? It consumes 3790W and has a hashrate of 255TH/s, priced at $4040 plus shipping. What are your thoughts?

Hhmm, I need to thinks bout this very well. The S21Pro is Bitmain and it a more popular brand compare to Bitdeer, also the power consumption is 3300 while hashrate is 234TH, a bit less powerful compared to Bitdeer hashrate, I ended up telling the fella to go for Bitmain for more reliability and best buy for buck on Bitdeer, because the S21 pro is $5000+ while this new Bitdeer is $4000+ I can't much details about Bitdeer A2 Pro I guess that's because the company is still very new it's a shame, no review from buyers as well but I do find some videos on YouTube and the videos talked about how good and reliable their old A2 with 226TH was. Thanks for your reply @philipma

No worries. I have found over the years that all miners break to fast as all of them are run too fast. I like bitmain because I can buy this controller. https://epicblockchain.io/product/ and down clock them a fraction. It always seems to make the miner last longer. some modified t21's 1 board pulled and the remaining 2 boards clocked to 48th vs 63th. I will turn 2 t21s into 3 modded t21s 190+190 = 380 hash down to 96+96+96 = 288 hash fans are quieter and power is 3400+3400 = 6800 into 1800+1800+1800 = 5400

Very informative. I thought those controllers are for old Asic miners only, because I have a friend who used a ALTAIR custom controller on S19 Asic miner and it worked perfectly, I thought that's it, never knew it is available for S21 too. Thanks for sharing this.
