Mining power at medium and low mode ? And when will you have direct sale from your website rather than third party .
Please bring back credit card payments .
Also Q efficiency is around 18.6j . Hope you release another product which has efficiency comparable to s21xp but does not use more than 1674w like Q and has power mode levels .
Thank you for your feedback, and we will try our best to improve it.

How much are these going for?
From Amazon, $1,900 https://www.amazon.com/Canaan-Avalon-Miner-1674W-Original/dp/B0DYY3BXKG
Amazon price high,
The price of this product was previously $1,888 on the Cannan shop, but now it has been reduced to $1,599. The cost of this product on Amazon is much higher. If you could buy it from the cannan shop and get it from any place like Amazon, it would be the best.
Are there any options to ship this to Europe?
And this, as well!
Thank you for your advice.

IF YOU WANT 120 VOLT it is pretty good unit
I sell a modded 240 volt t21 until which can do 40th to 128th
about 17 to 20 watts a th
It is for 240 volts not 120.
I've been away from the scene for a while although still check in on the forum occasionally. Can someone tell me why home miners like this require you to only use a specified pool? Can you not point it to any pool you choose??
I have the Nano 3 and the Mini 3 you can configure any pool you like on those. On those 2 units you have the ability to configure 1 primary pool and 2 failover pools of your choosing.
One would assume that the Q is no different.
Nice to hear. Still can't justify the pricetag but at least its a viable option for the future
Where can I purchase this without KYC? Do you have official distributors in the US? Your shop requires KYC and ID upload for purchases.
What kind of hashing rates are we looking at for each mode?
Super Mode (1600w), Standard Mode (1300w), Eco Mode (800w)
Hashrates are from my experience roughly
Super: 95 TH/s
Standard: 80 TH /s
Eco: 55 TH/s
I have a question though - just got my Avalon Q this week and I was wondering if anyone was able to connect to it via ssh?
I tried all the default ports, but it refuses the connection with root user. Even if I had the right port, I don't have the root password either.
Or are there any other interfaces I could use for SmartHome Integration like HomeAssistant?
Edit:
So I emailed the guys at Canaan about these issues and they replied that there is no SSH functionality supported yet.
Also "the API documentation is still under development" so it looks like there are no interfaces available.
I really do hope that this is going to change soon and I'll let you guys know as I get those informations.
You can use whichever pool u like. Configured mine to viabtc with no problem.
Hey all. Wondering if somebody already sniffed API calls that mobile app makes to change mode? Need it for my home automation. Thanks in advance
I wrote a powershell script that turns that machine off and on. Is that what you're looking for? Feel free to send me a personal message if so and I can share it with you. I use a simple windows scheduled task to call the script at certain times of day. I am considering writing another one to change the mode it runs in at different times of day. I am less interested in that though as I don't have much of a need for it, so we will see.
I have been impressed with the Avalon Q so far. Solid machine for home miners.
We appreciate your support
Thanks. Discount? LOL
I did end up writing another simple powershell script to change the mode from eco to standard during the cheap super off-peak electricity times of the day and then back to eco during the regular rate. This is in addition to the script that puts the machine in standby during peak rate periods. I did have to turn up the priority on my scripts last week after one took a while to execute, but since then everything has been working great.
