BEWARE ComputeNorth MIGHT STEAL YOUR MINERS !

Hey everyone, This definitely needs to be highlighted to help others out! I had a bunch of miners with them for about a year and a half in Nebraska and Texas. Their service quality has dropped big time. They managed to break four of my miners because their "technicians" were clueless (seriously, they swapped parts without even unplugging anything). Plus, their heat management is just nonexistent. Two months ago, their downtime was around 50%, so I decided it was time to pull the plug. We ended up having a dispute since I wasn’t gonna pay full fees for half the service, and we terminated the contract. The first batch of miners I tried to get back took a month to arrive, and that delay was all on ComputeNorth for not packing them up on time. They also partially refunded my security deposit, but it just showed up as a credit on my bill. I never got an actual check in the mail. I still had miners at the Texas location, so I sent them labels to return those too. But nothing came back. After a week of waiting, I reached out and they claimed the miners had shipped, but UPS said otherwise no package was picked up. The tracking info is nonexistent. I gave ComputeNorth a few options to resolve this, but they’re just ignoring my emails. And then I got hit with an email saying they’ve changed their policy and won’t refund security deposits anymore! Oh, and I noticed something strange: they switched my billing to bill.com right after I complained, which makes it impossible to get a refund like you would with a credit card. And just to wrap it up, the contract ended around the 20th of the month and the miners were unplugged.

Thanks for sharing. If this is true, I'm really sorry to hear the news. After reading your instructions, I searched for news about ComputeNorth. One of the articles said that nobody at computenorth.com has come up with proof that the platform offers fast payments for cloud mining contracts. Probably a fake cloud mining service provider, so we'd better stay away from this store.
