Check out the latest on BIP110 here.
I’ll keep updating the count of BIP110 nodes from different sites daily. So far, I’ve got info from Bitbo.io, Bitdis.org, Bitnods.es, BTCnodes.io, ClarkMoody.com, and luke.dashjr.org. I’ll also share the percentage of BIP110 signaling blocks from mempool.kilombino.com. If you know of any other sources, drop them here.

I prefer https://wickedsmartbitcoin.com/bip110_signaling for showing signaling
And https://coin.dance/nodes for showing nodes.
-Dave
The tough one is the node count. Because it's pretty hard to do, and it's never a very accurate thing. So that leaves room for biased accounting.
For example coin.dance is still counting Segwit UASF nodes but for some odd reason, they don't count BIP110 nodes? Sus AF buddy.
And kinda useless to me as I'm trying to keep track of the BIP110 node count from various sources.
As for BIP110 signalling blocks, it doesn't matter where I get the numbers as those are pretty hard to fudge one way or the other. So I'll stick to kilombino as I like the interface. Same numbers anyways.
I've been keeping an eye on various sites for a while now. The one I considered more reliable for node counts was bitnodes.io. And sadly enough, it went off line when it was showing around 9% of BIP110 nodes.
Now what I found interesting is that both Bitbo and Bitnod where both showing numbers pretty close to Bitnodes. But as soon as Bitnodes went off line, they both started to trend down and they have been at around 4% for a very long time now. Weird?
Which column you use to get the data? I didn't find anything related when Ctrl-F with keyword "110" or "rdts". I only found top node version, which is different from signaling.
You're overthinking, it probably just means the owner haven't update their website in some time.
With bitbo.io, scroll down to "Top Bitcoin Nodes Version" on mobile. There is only one entry near the bottom currently at 4.11%.
For ClarkMoody, scroll all the way down (on mobile) and look for two entries: Knots ?.4.1 and Knots ?.3

Note: I've been keeping track of these sites for over a few months. A month ago,
prior to bitnodes.io going down, both Bitbo and Bitnod were at around 8-9%.
And they started to drift down for no apparent reason.
And ClarkMoody and Bitbo seem to have remained stuck at exactly 7.32%
and 4.11% respectively for over 2 weeks. I think it's clear there is a lot of
politically driven "creative accounting" going on here.

Not sure where you are getting your data but BitBo has it over 11% and ClarkMoody is at about 21%
So you either can't read or are just Trolling or both.
Yeah I know the images and red circles are crap looking I'm on mobile deal with it.
You are counting all the Knots nodes. Not all Knots nodes are BIP110 nodes.
Not every Knots node decided to move to the fork client.
Saturday June 20th update:
% of BIP110 nodes:
Current 24 change 7 day change
Bitbo: 4.11% (unchanged) (unchanged)
Bitnod: 3.9% (dw from 5.1% -1.2%) (dn from 4.1% -0.2%)
ClarkMoody: 7.32%. (unchanged) (unchanged)
Bitdis: 15.67% (up from 15.46% +0.21%) (up from 15.47% +0.20%)
BTCnodes: 15.7% (up from 15.5% +0.2%) (up from 15.5% +0.2%)
luke.dashjr: 13.51% (up from 13.33% +0.18%) (up from 12.70% +0.81%)
kilombino: 15.67% (up from 15.47% +0.20%) (new)
Signalling blocks:
2/931 (0.2%) · need 1109/2016 (55%)
Note: It should be observed that there appears to be two different trends being
observed. Bitbo, Bitnod, and ClarkMoody all have the lowest numbers of BIP110
nodes. And they appear to stay fixed or move downwards over time.
And the Bitdis, Bitnodes, Luke.dashjr, and kilombino all have higher numbers
above 12%, and increasing over time.
Obviously, someone is fudging the numbers. You decide for yourself.
Sunday June 21th update:
% of BIP110 nodes:
Current 24 change 7 day change
Bitbo: 4.11% (unchanged) (unchanged)
Bitnod: 3.8% (dw from 3.9% -0.1%) (dn from 4.2% -0.4%)

luke.dashjr: 13.60% (up from 13.51% +0.09%) (up from 12.76% +0.84%)
Signalling blocks:
2/1086 (0.2%) · need 1109/2016 (55%)
Note: I've removed the kilombino nodes count as it appears to be a copy of the
Bitdis node count. And if you know of an other source for BIP110 nodes count,
please let me know and I will add it here.
