So, bitcoinjumper.com, this so-called Bitcoin Transaction Accelerator, is definitely a scam. Seriously, don't waste your time with this fake service.

Most transaction accelerators do offer free service; how does this mention people scamming you?
Did you use the pay service, and after paying, they were unable to process your request?
Please make your scam allegations detailed.
And if it's proper scam information, move this thread to scam accusations.

I don't know anything about bitcoinjumper.com that I haven't used explicitly, I generally don't use paid Bitcoin Transaction Accelerator.
Usually, if I have to Accelerate the transaction, I use the free service from ViaBTC:
https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator
The service is free for transactions of less than 0.5 kb (or 500 bytes), but transactions larger than that become paid.
