Bitmain's Order Expiration Issue

I ordered an S19 today at 2:32 pm and paid at 2:46 pm. Then it took until 3:38 pm just to get it cleared. So, basically, Bitmain's holding onto my $2080 and my order's marked as expired. It's pretty frustrating that they let orders expire in just an hour. Usually, they sort this out overnight, but sometimes I have to point them to a thread to get it resolved. I made my order at 2:32 pm, but the clearing time is listed as 3:46 pm. I set the coin at 2:46 pm. This one-hour cancellation time is seriously annoying, especially since we all know that clearing a payment can take some time. I'm gonna file a complaint and link them to this thread. Really hoping it gets fixed soon, by the way, the price on this gear is pretty decent. Update: They just resolved it. Locking this thread now.

Now you are going to pay an additional $20 if they rejected your transaction due to a price drop recently. That's a pretty bad habit for sellers to reject the transaction when the price drops a bit. Why not, contact them directly on their support or through email support-cs@bitmain.com Bitmain only has 30 minutes Payment time limit it must be clear within 30 minutes. Recently mempool is pretty congested why didn't you increase the fee to speed up the transaction?

they took my coin. I sent it 14 minutes after they billed me. I expect them to fix it over night as it is about 740 am in china and they likely are all automated right now. I have clear evidence I sent them the coin before time expired. It is annoying that this happens as the time they give is too short and they should see that it was pending on the blockchain. also i pay with coinbase as i run a business account and report everything coinbase just sends it. looks like it took 3 blocks or maybe four to clear. I will wait to see if they fix it. As they have my money/btc in their hands.
