Hey everyone,
I've come across some websites that have an integrated Bitcoin network. Basically, when I deposit, the network automatically updates my balance once it gets the confirmations. I recently discovered that Binance holds around 500K Bitcoin in one wallet, so even though there are multiple addresses for users, they all funnel into the same wallet and track deposits and withdrawals for everyone.
Now, I've got this awesome idea for a website, but I really need to integrate a Bitcoin network. I've spent a lot of time searching for a solid guide on how to do this, but no luck so far. I did find BTCPay, but it's not quite what I need since I want something like what casinos use, and BTCPay seems more suited for small businesses.
I stumbled upon a way to implement it, but it's not secure at all, and I'm not a programmer.
So I'm reaching out to see if anyone has any beginner-friendly guides for setting up this network and linking it to my website, since everyone I’ve asked for help wants way too much cash.
Building a Bitcoin network for my website

I don't think there's a newbie guide for such a setup... Basically because this isn't a newbie thing to do.
The websites you see are usually running a full node (sometimes patched) and use rpc commands to communicate with their running node in order to build their site... It's possible they also parse the data their node wrote on disk in order to build their site.
If a full node is to much, i know you can do about the same by running electrum (and maybe other spv wallets) as a daemon on your server.
Here's some info:
for bitcoin core: https://developer.bitcoin.org/reference/rpc/
for electrum: https://electrum.readthedocs.io/en/latest/jsonrpc.html

The bitcoin network is an independent and decentralised network. Other networks or websites don't run in the bitcoin network neither does the bitcoin network run in other networks. If I may, you are actually likely refering to a centralised exchange that allows you deposit in a a said address you claim is yours without having the keys (since they literally control your keys).
When you deposit in that address, they wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the bitcoin network or lightening network as the case may be and then the allow it reflect in your balance on their CEX website or wallet.
As for you idea of setting up an exchange or a website that accepts bitcoin payments or deposits, I suggest you contact a good developer and team .
I checked those out, but they are too complicated for me. You're right, it ain't a newbie thing to begin with. I'll give Electrum a shot; I think it's easier for me. Thank you, bro
English isn't my first language, so I don't know how to express what I am thinking, but yeah, like you said. All the developers I find on Upwork, Freelancer, and Reddit are basically useless. They ask for too much money and want a regular license, which is something I won't agree to until the site reaches one year. Where can I find experts who will do this work without asking for a bucket of money and a license?
The services board could help you out?

This being said, i'd urge you to always use an escrow in case you find a developer... There are some really trusted people on this forum, but as a newbie, i don't know if you'll be able to distinguish a trusted developer from somebody that might potentially scam you.
BTW, a "bucket of money" means something different for each of us... If i would offer a specialized services to somebody (in other words, a service that was a specialization for me, but that's not that mainstream), i'd probably charge at least 40/hour... Also, if your plan wasn't completely clear, i'd probably overestimate the amount of time the development would take (and, after working with tons of endusers in the past, i'd say it's very often to see clients that don't exactly know what they want. In this case, a developer is basically "forced" to overestimate since there is no way to make a correct estimation without a well defined plan)...

Well just like mocacinno said, the bucket load of cash you are referring to depends on your budget. You actually need to be careful in getting someone good enough for what you are trying to setup. I think one problem you may face is getting someone you can actually trust to get the job done. I really can't accurately point out anyone on the forum here with reputation that offers a service like this so I'll better suggest you check out the service board.
Anyways if you need a graphics designer feel free to shoot me a PM here on bitcointalk or via telegram @mia_vic by the way, here is my service thread,
MIA'S CREATIVE [Designs, Logos, ANN Thread,Banners ,Photography SERVICE.... ETC]
If you don't mind 3rd party to manage and control the deposited coin, there are several services which do that such as Fireblocks and Gemini Institutional Custody. But you still need programmer to connect your website/server with their service.
P.S. I never use any of services i mentioned above. So do your own research.
Despite not being a native, to avoid complications, with little effort you could compose exactly what you need done by a developer. Through the information, the coder will know the complexity of your task, whether it's simple or difficult, if you'd need a plugin or not to achieve your goal. Looking for good developers, I'd refer GitHub, though Private messages are not enabled, but some share emails on their profile, also traces of contacts are found on repositories. You'd also need to be logged in. Between do you run a WordPress site?
Thank you bro, I would like to hire you once I create the website.
Can 3rd parties fu** me up?I don't intend to get a licences and pay taxes till the site reach one year so I know it's a hit.
Nope, I don't like WordPress. As far as I know, they don't allow code customization, and I was only able to add BTCpay as a plugin. I doubt the programmers will have a good time with Node
In theory, any 3rd parties could do that. But i don't know about their license or pricing, since i never use their service.
