Hey everyone,
I've been digging into immersion cooling lately and wanted to get your thoughts on something. Are the Bitmain S21 HYD and S21 Pro basically the same hardware but just with different cooling solutions and software tweaks?
In simpler terms, do they have different chips or is it just that the HYD version is optimized for a higher hashrate?
If they are different, I would really appreciate it if someone could highlight those differences for me to help with my research.
Thanks a lot.

The review says that the chips are the same, but the boards are different and, accordingly, the number of chips in each model is different.
Both miners use BM1368PB chips, the difference is not be only in the cooling but in the number of chips, I think the S21 pro has 108 chips on each hashboard, a total of 324 chips onboard, the S21 hydro on the other hand holds 216 chips on each board, a total of 648 chips.
You mentioned immersion cooling which doesn't go with hydro/water cooling, I hope you are aware of the differences between the two types of cooling.
