Configuring T17 SSH Settings

Hey everyone I’m trying to modify the original Bitmain firmware on my Antminer T17 to set a fixed frequency. I want to pick 650 frequency and 17 voltage. I noticed that if you disable display:none in the browser, you can select those settings, but they don’t stick. The T17 just goes back to auto-tuning after a reboot. So, I’m looking to edit some cgminer files via SSH. Which files do I need to change and how exactly should I do it? I think it might be in /www/pages/cgi-bin/set_miner_conf.cgi.
