The court has ruled against Trump's attempt to use a 1977 law to impose tariffs. The decision was made before 8:42pm on Wednesday. Japan was the only significant market active at that time. Once NYC traders log in at 7:59am Thursday, we should see a rise in all markets. Asia and Europe have already started moving with FIAT and commodities. Gold is already dipping and bitcoin is gradually increasing.
