Hey everyone,
Been in crypto for over 7 years now. Had some good wins, but to be honest, most of my losses came from the same mistakes: poor risk management, trading based on feelings, and lacking a solid strategy.
I tried building my own trading bots using NodeJS to tackle this. They seemed great in theory but ended up losing money in the real market. Every time I wanted to tweak or enhance something, I had to dive back into coding, and I never found a way to create a profitable bot because of the time commitment and the search for that "perfect" strategy.
For the last six months, I've been working on a crypto backtesting platform, mostly for my own use. It lets me quickly test out ideas and has an algorithmic method that was actually successful in the past under similar conditions, so it doesn’t need my input or analysis during execution.
Thought it might be helpful for some of you too. Would love to hear your thoughts. Check it out https://cointester.io
