Hey everyone, I'm working on developing a new charting and trading platform as a substitute for TradingView and would love to hear from seasoned traders. My aim is to build this platform with input from actual professionals, rather than from those outside the trading scene. Your suggestions and requests for features will significantly influence the direction we take. This project is designed to grow alongside the community, and I'm planning to reward traders who help us shape it. Anyone who provides valuable feedback or actively engages in development conversations will get a free Plus membership as a token of appreciation for contributing to building something meaningful. If you’re interested in checking it out and sharing your opinions, you can find it here: https://tradingsonar.com To clarify a bit about the platform: there are no restrictions on indicators or layouts. Everything is free to use, and the only paid option is the Plus membership, which unlocks more advanced Sonar Analysis tools we’re currently adding to. To make things easy for everyone, every new user gets a free 1-week Plus membership right after signing up no catch. I want people to actually test out the features before deciding if they want to support us. Any feedback is welcome even a small comment can have a big impact. Thanks a lot to anyone who wants to be part of this journey!

It will be very difficult for you to create a new charting and trading platform that can compete with TradingView, which has a team of about 2,500 employees. And it's hard to imagine how else to improve the existing TradingView, since it already has all the necessary functions.

Thank you for your response. Our website is live and offers many paid TradingView features for free. We’ve built a professional team and currently support four crypto exchanges for both spot and futures. We now need professional traders who can review the platform, identify missing points, and share feedback to help us improve.

In this case, you will need to hire testers who, at the end of testing, will share their opinions and make recommendations about your platform. You should understand that this work should be paid for, although I admit that you may find someone who agrees to do this work for free.

I am trying to make an account. It seems your Cloudflare is preventing me from creating a new account. The verification method from Cloudflare always returns an error. Since this site is new, I use a 3rd party tool instead with some IP protection just in case you are collecting that data. But the problem is Cloudflare's "verify you are human" always errors. Do you have some footprints and volume profiles available from your site? I want this feature, which is one of the premium features from TradingView.

The volume profile is available and can be enabled from the Sonar Analysis tools section. I’ve attached a sample screenshot below. I also relaxed the Cloudflare protection settings, so you should be able to register again now. If you encounter any errors, let me know and I’ll assist. https://prnt.sc/xx2TT0lo0Kbv

Weird, I can't register; the create button seems not working, and it also didn't throw any error during creation even when Cloudflare was removed. Are you sure the creation page is working? If you are just collecting data like email and password, all I can say is everything I put there is just dummy for the sake of this testing, and I really like the footprints and the volume profile, but the image you provided looks like a different feature that I am pointing to. Those two features that I am looking for aren't an indicator but a feature of candles.

Cloudflare is currently completely disabled. It seems like you are using a highly protected IP. Could you please try registering again? If this volume profile feature is not the one you meant, are you referring to the volume footprint feature? There are many types of volume profile tools. Footprint is not yet added to the charts; we plan to include it in the future. Also, if you have visited the site, you will notice the significant effort behind it. We are obligated to implement protection measures against bot accounts for security. Because with the referral system, invited users can earn free Plus, and unfortunately some users try to abuse this, so we must prevent that.

Registered successfully. Well, that's the feature that I want since my premium subscription expired from TradingView. I'm not against to any ways how you protect your site from abusers, but I am just here to check if I could see some interesting features. I tried the chart; it seems it's not loading properly on my side. TradingView works just fine, but your chart does not work properly. The only feature interesting to me from your site is the automated market structure, which I think is built for ICT and SMC. The weird part is that when I zoom out the screen, it detects that I am using dev tools even though I didn't use or open my dev tools. The reason why I zoom out is because I can't see the other buttons under Sonar analysis. This trading tool isn't finished yet. I think you need to improve the site and fix those issues. Anyway, since the feature that I want does not exist yet, I'll keep using TradingView. Since I already study SMC and ICT and know how to read the market structure, I don't need that unique feature. It automates, but actually that feature also exists on TradingView by looking for indicators with the SMC/ICT concept.

The issue with charts not loading is caused by the use of VPNs and proxies. You need to disable proxy and VPN services because the data is fetched directly from crypto exchanges on the client side.

Interesting tool. I am bookmarking it for now so I can test later. There was a time I was looking for better alternatives to tradingview most of which are now defunct. I just hope tradingsonar  does not follow the same path. I was wondering if you people have any plans to create apps for different operating systems?

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we are planning to develop applications for different platforms. For now, you can use it smoothly through the web and mobile web. Our goal is to develop the platform based on the core needs of professional traders. The Sonar Analysis tool in the application uses AI to draw trend lines, detect chart patterns, identify order blocks, and utilize many other tools. These settings can also be customized by users. We are still very new, but thanks to professional traders like you, we will grow together.

I quickly checked the live charting, and I'm getting used to the different UI. So maybe, if you can show the differences or the primary tools used in trading on the left side, point them out for new users so they know what to use and see the familiar tools traders use. Like a quick tutorial showing different parts of the UI. I think this would get more users to see why they would be able to use your product instead of TradingView.

First of all, OP, TradingView is very hard to match. If you’re talking about an alternative that’s just like it, I don't think having a chart is enough. Also, I have to ask whether you have any idea how much their ecosystem has grown and evolved over the years? Now, if you really want your project to be a true alternative to Trading View, I think your liquidity data needs to be deep. Is what you built connected to other top exchanges, just like Trading View is? And of course, your toolkit should be similar to theirs, because TradingView has so many features. Does yours have that, too? Although I haven’t had the chance to check yours out yet

By no means am I a professional trader, or even a normal-experienced trader, so I will probably not be able to provide much useful feedback, but I think that if you could deliver signals by push notification or by Discord or Telegram or something like some of the other tools, it would be a lot helpful to your users, don't you think?

Been using Tradingview for long and the reason I keep coming back to trading view is how simplistic the UI is. Tradingview's chart is simple and straightforward. Though your chart looks similar, but I see it as a bit more cartoonish for some reason, maybe that's just me. Though the fact that you don't limit indicator for free tier account is a huge plus for people to try it out.

At the moment, we support data from the four largest cryptocurrency exchanges, but we will be adding Forex and Nasdaq data soon. After reviewing the site, we look forward to your feedback. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, we really appreciate it. Simplicity and clarity in the UI are also very important to us, and your comment about the chart feeling a bit more “cartoonish” is valuable. We’ll take this into consideration as we continue refining the visual design and overall user experience. At the same time, we’re glad you see the unlimited indicators on the free tier as a strong advantage. Our goal is to let traders fully explore the platform without restrictions and shape it based on real user feedback. Thanks again for taking the time to review the platform.

I will wish you the best of lucks and may support as much as i can but i see it as a really brave move, rivaling trading view is going to be a really huge one because traders has built so much trust around trading view that it will take some extra ordinary from you to be bale to rival them enough to winning the traders over to your platform. i have friends who actually ignore the charting system on other platforms and stick with trading view while they place their trades on those platforms. so you will have a lot of work to do as it will regard building trust and winning the minds of traders to use your platform as against the trading view they have known and trusted for the longest of times.
