You said BIP49, so I am going to assume you're trying to obtain P2WPKH-P2SH addresses. The ones that start with a 3.
Iancoleman.io website has some javascript that can be used to derive arbitrary derivation paths, including BIP44, BIP49, BIP84, BIP86, etc. You can simply use it as a reference point and try to translate it into Rust. I'd bet there might be some libraries that do this already too.

it doesn't look like you have a clue about that what this code contains.
so why you're presume addresses should be correct? and why you'd concluded they're incorrect?
