Whether you have a small or large discretionary income doesn’t really dictate how well you’ll do in bitcoin investing. What really counts is your determination, patience, and consistency.
Even if your discretionary income is on the low side, if you’re determined and patient, and you keep adding to your bitcoin stash regularly, you can still be successful. On the flip side, having a higher discretionary income won't help you if you’re not consistent in your buying strategy.
So, the key isn’t about how much extra cash you have but rather your willingness to stick with it and stay patient. For those with lower discretionary income, don’t think for a second that you can’t make it in your bitcoin journey. Just stay consistent, be patient, and you’ll get there. Trust me.
But the higher you buy more bitcoin the higher the possibility of earning more passive money from the bitcoin that you are holding. Determination, patience and consistency are very important but not having intention to sell your bitcoin for a lomg time is very good and do not sell many in your entire life and let your children inherit them.
In fact, the key is long-term 🗓️ investment and proper management of your income.
Proper management of income and expenses is to consistently invest regularly from what is left after your total monthly 💰income and expenses.
You can only make a consistent and comfortable investment when the investment comes from your remaining sources. (As advised by 🤔 Warren Buffett) So, investing in small amounts is a good method 🌱 and through this investors can learn patience and discipline.✅
Yeah the higher you buy with huge amount of money the higher your chances of earning more from your investment in the future, however if you are not opportune to have a higher discretionary income all hope is not lost and that is were your determination, patience and consistency comes in to help you succeed too.
Yeah holding for a very long term is very important and if you can decide to leave it for your children as inheritance thats better too.
The key message is for those with low discretionary income not to give up only because their discretionary income is small or low because their determination, patience and consistency can help them achieve it big in their bitcoin investment journey and again having higher discretionary income those not determine your success if you are not determined, patience and consistent in your accumulation journey you wont succeed.
So whether high or low discretionary income what determines your success is your determination, patience and consistency, this is the message.
I think the key word on this discussion is 'being consistent'. You as a person who have the intentions of making a certain figures in profit through Bitcoin holding, the amount of money you invest consistently will make your portfolio to continue growing. Even if your frequently invested amount is small, with consistent gathering of that amount every day or week just as you please, you can beat someone who is inconsistent in investing a huge amount ones in a while.
However, if two persons, one with higher discretionary income and another with lower discretionary income, are consistent on investing in Bitcoin, you know that both parties will be successful if there patience levels were the same too. If they were both consistent and along the line one decided to sell a large chunk, what is going to change is that, if they still sell when price of Bitcoin have reached their dream price is the difference in profit figures.
Its all about consistency if I get you right, but the fact still remains that higher Discretionary income will definitely bring higher conversion overtime as compared to the lower Discretionary income. Its not a do or die affair though. Income varies!! Its just for you to figure out what you can handle. If your income is very high, there high tendency that money that will be left after your settle your bill will be high as well compared to someone with low income.
Bitcoin accumulation is not about how much youre buying at the moment actually if youre using the DCA strategy, but how far youve come with patience, perseverance and consistency in building your portfolio.
Success in your Bitcoin investment is defined by your investment ROI, not by total money you won from your investment.
If you invested $100 and years later like 4 or 5 years later, you get $100 in profit, you will have the same ROI with people who invested $100,000 and get $100,000 in profit. Two investments with different initial capitals, but have same ROI in the end so in my opinion the first investor did not invest worse than the second investor.
So smaller or bigger discretionary income for your investment is important for your ambitious investment target but not decide your investment success.
Always invest within your limits to live a peaceful life. Never borrow to invest is a general rule while investing.
One amount for a person can seem high but might look like a small amount to the other person.
There's no fixed amount that one has to invest and so it's wise to just keep investing the extra amount lying around.
Yes, we can try to save more by cutting down on expenses and then invest it in bitcoin but I don't think we should be going to extreme heights just to invest in bitcoin.
For me I think that a discretionary income is just a discretionary income because what you might be seeing as a high discretionary income for yourself might be another persons view of a low discretionary income so it doesnt really matter weather low or high, as far as that amount is your discretionary income and you wont be needing it anytime soon after investing then you are good to go for your long term investment. The good thing about bitcoin investment is that even if you dont have a huge amount of cash it doesnt mean you cannot start investing as you can start with even little amount of discretionary income available to you. What matters most is staying consistent in the game even with those little buy and hold and gradually youre building a portfolio.
I'll stick with consistency. Alone.
It comprises a lot of things indirectly, but only a few would see and know of it. The amount you are putting into the market does plays a lot for role on how much profits you make.
Consistency plays a role on how long you will continue the same process, not once, not twice but over and over again. Bitcoin investment requires a long term mindset. Not just your money.
Patience is your ability to stay strong no matter what condition present itself in the market. Everyday will not be sugared and honey, but your resilience to take wrong decisions helps.
Before going into bitcoin investment you have to be ready for anything, and you should have a reason why youre investing the first place . Some just come into bitcoin without any solid reason just because of hype , and those who usually invest due to hype and quick profit usually give up halfway in their bitcoin investment journey .
Best way to invest is to do your own research first understand what you are investing on you dont have to go deep first (knowledge base ) before investing, you can go deeper while you invest or accumulate, as usual having discretionary income will always give an edge but being consistent just the best .
Success is not measured by the amount you managed to invest in bitcoin. Higher capital does not guarantee investment success but rather its mostly focused on having deep emotional discipline, a low time preference by playing the long game, and a strict risk management. If you lack these, your high discretionary income will not be worth it in the long run.
Bitcoin mostly succeed if its played for long term. Consistency is a highly essential factor, any compulsive investor will not be successful with bitcoin.
Investing is not only meant for the rich. If you are interested in holding bitcoin weather you have low or high discretionary you can still queue into investing, and still make significant profit. Your profit in bitcoin investment is highly dependent on the level of patience, because is long term investment strategy that makes the difference if you are impatient, and a short term investor, making profit will become difficult.
Using your discretionary income to invest in Bitcoin is the best , because bitcoin is no a get rich quick scheme, rather it is a digital asset that rewards investors in the long run.
Capital is an essential factor for an investment to be realized. However, the amount of capital alone does not guarantee success. And FYI, poor capital allocation or having too much capital will likely increase the chances for the investment to bloat and fail. What we need more than capital are the essential traits an investor should adopt, not the amount of discretionary income.
For the success of a bitcoin investment, one should need a combination of financial discipline, secure infrastructure, consistency and determination, and a thorough understanding of the asset. Otherwise, if you don't know bitcoin well, it will be difficult for you to deal with high volatility of bitcoin and its market uncertainties.
but pretending that the size of your discretionary income does not determine your success is just delusional. Capital matters.
If someone with a lot of extra cash just throws $5,000 a month into Bitcoin, even if they are not super consistent about it, that big chunk of money will easily outpace someone with a low income who diligently saves up just $10 a month. Its just simple math. The more disposable income you have, the bigger your advantage is - period.
Seriously I was surprised by what exactly the OP was actually trying to say when he said the amount of income doesnt matter, if it doesnt matter I dont think any of us here will be fighting to have more money on bitcoin. Bitcoin is an asset which means you get the profit of your investment base on the size of your investments and nothing more. Yes one can simply say that people with low income shouldnt be discouraged if they see large buys in bitcoin and that gradual growth too can make their investments or portfolio to become big over time.
But saying that the size doesnt matter is actually misleading in my opinion except if I dont get what OP was trying to explain. If I have my way I would be competing with an institution like MSTR for the number of bitcoin holds because the earlier one even owns more bitcoin now, the better discount it looks in years to come
It all starts with low, and it's like testing the waters for a potential investor. But soon, they'll realize that if they'll be consistent in low capital it will take them time to reach that goal that they desire to have for having Bitcoin. While it's not a matter of how big or low you invest. It still definite going to play a big factor for someone's profitability in the end when they decide to sell. Although above all for me what really matters is the consistency. If there are times you've got some good high capital ready to invest, do it as you become consistent in DCA.
Many high net worth market participants tend to fail by buying at top of market when things are at their hottest, and flare up when loss indicators are triggered. Yielded by structured, unemotional business, ordinary saver can establish really solid position over time. To me, having little bites of spending painlessly and automatically over extended periods of time really elicits complete reduction of stress around trying to time market correctly. This systematic approach is useful because volatility of property can actually work in your favour because more quantity is purchased when risks are reduced, and less when risks are increased. So, it is not about how much money someone has in his or her bank account, it is about how patiently someone has built up his or her account and weathered storms over years. There is much more to be gained in such universe of steady habits than big paychecks.
No need to feels not right to start investing in Bitcoin if you only have low discretionary income because not many people wants to allocate their money in Bitcoin. You have your determination, patience and consistency to accumulate Bitcoin regularly and that is the power you have and will helps you to focus with your plan.
You will step ahead than others if you can focus and continuing your Bitcoin investment especially with the help of those three things and others.
I am sure someday you will have the opportunity to increase your discretionary income for Bitcoin investment so no need to stop your investment.
On the other hand though, if you are disciplined and playing the long game but don't have that much capital to invest which in this case is low discretionary income, you will hit ceiling very fast.
You will realize that your capital is not enough and investing little amount of money bits by bits is waste of time.
For maximum effect you need both high discretionary income and the discipline. If you are a rich guy, even better. You can invest and forget. Most people do this successfully.
