First miner setup: Avalon 1126, Hash2 issue

Hey everyone, Just finished setting up my very first miner, it’s an Avalon 1126 rated at 64 TH/s. In normal mode, it’s doing about 45 TH/s, and in high performance mode, it’s hitting around 62 to 65 TH/s. But I've got a bit of a problem. The "Hash 2" in the mining status is showing red. Anyone know what that means? Also, could someone share the tech support contact info for Avalon?
