So, I came across this tweet that says the guy with the highest IQ is all in on Bitcoin. He’s basically joining the ranks of world leaders, major companies, and rich folks getting in on this crypto game.
This doesn’t mean you should just throw all your money in too. It’s more about doing your homework first. I’m definitely not saying you should follow his lead just because he’s super smart. I even posted before about how you shouldn’t blindly trust celebs in crypto. Always do your own research.
Hmmm. What he has achieve other than having highest IQ? Say in financial or inventions? Well, even i don't know my IQ is, or even those lower IQs if provided with statistical chart on how bitcoin gain all over the past decade. It's clear that Bitcoin has proven to be a strong investment in the long run
That said, I hope bitcoin price works well after he invested all in, he might be disappointed if bitcoin don't go bullish in the next few months from the current price
How did they get to find out what his IQ is, for him to be regarded as the man with the highest IQ, have they gone round to check everyone's IQ even I as a newbie I'm seeing great potential in Bitcoin that's not hard to see,.
From the post it seems he's just realizing it for someone who's supposed to have the highest IQ he's pretty slow.
Who measures this IQ of a thing? I'll will like to check mine.
that does not make sense at all if he has the highest IQ he would have bought in 2010 not now in 2025 when we all know that bitcoin is the future smart people usually spot opportunities early, not when theyre obvious to the whole world
Just wondering why the Man recorded as the higher IQ person that ever leaved is now buying Bitcoin now if he was so smart enough he wouldn't have waited till this day that Bitcoin has become expensive. The only smart and high IQ person I recognize Satoshi nakamoto and the early adopters. the people who saw the future of Bitcoin and bought it in bulk and held it till this current time, or those that trusted and believed in Bitcoin even when Bitcoin was nothing and has no price, not those that didn't believe and trust in Bitcoin but wait for people decision to make their own decisions. I don't believe in public opinion. All I see is that the person in question have seen that he has no reason to doubt Bitcoin anymore after much study for the previous years to see how far Bitcoin will go. Maybe he is just drawing his conclusion now. That is why we often said that procrastination leads people to become a no coiner or low coiner. I know that he is regretting now that f he knew he would have bought earlier.
Highest IQ? How old is this man? Was he too young in 2011 and 2012 to know that Bitcoin is the greatest innovation? I don't get the part for that highest IQ part, but anyways, I wouldn't just throw money at anything because of the so called highest IQ man, I have every reasons to doubt and do my own research, a brilliant IQ is all he has, he is not a God.
It sounds like a click bait news ... Of course we don't see anything new here since "there is no second best" .
For sure the decision of an investment "all in" could be not seen as the best for its risky nature but the real question at least to me could be: he knows bitcoin only now ?
It's a big sin in Christianity to announce your prayers so maybe our little grandmaster of memory here doesn't know how to read that well?
Anyway. A bit late to see the vision I guess.
To me, High IQ doesnt automatically mean great investor. Buying BTC now isnt the same as buying in 2010. It's cool that hes finally in, but thats not a signal for the rest of us to go all in too. Do your own research and invest what you can handle, not what someone else does.
I have never heard that about christianity.
I did an search for this guy and it seems he may be a fraud. He seemingly is a
member and listed on GIGAsociety.net, this is likely a copy of GIGAsociety.com
iqsociety.org has a directory of societies on its site and lists the GIGAsociety.com
site but not the .net one.
There doesent seem to be any official record of him, a search on google returns
mostly social media sites.
What really stands out in that snapshot in the op is the reference to god, its out of
place.
Anyway they are making a correlation between being intelligent and being a Bitcoin
holder. Why has this guy with no record and a self announced high IQ level suddenly
appeared touting Bitcoin and god? it just seems off.
Clearly high IQ doesnt translate directly to great investor. It is a good thing to note that intelligence is no longer dismissing Bitcoin as a fad or scam like in the past.
This is a sign that we are tapping a great deal of investment from various sources. Makes you wonder how much growth in the near term is really possible.
If there is no bitcoin, there is future for the economy. The economy can do without bitcoin. But just that bitcoin improve the economy, it creates employments. So it is important in the economy but not that the economy can not do without it.
Another thing is that bitcoin is good for investment and many people wait until its price is low and buy it to make more money.
I can't help but agree with anybody that said if his IQ were so high it wouldn't have taken him this long to figure out that Bitcoin will be the best asset of the future. It's better late than never for him that his IQ suddenly realized that Bitcoin is the best thing to put your money into. But I wouldn't call somebody smart if he puts all his money into one asset because nobody knows tomorrow. If Bitcoin were to somehow lose it's value in the future that means that he will automatically become poor. A high IQ should know that it is dumb to totally trust one thing and put all your life savings into it, the thing will practically control you.
This news is theoretically favorable for us, but to be honest, I also think it's BS.
Your argument, although convincing at first glance, does not hold up. Michael Saylor also has a very high IQ (he is an engineer from MIT), and he did not buy at that time. Look at what he said in 2013:
It was not until 2020 that he changed his mind.
I'm not the biggest expert on measuring IQ, but I think that having a very high IQ means two things. 1.Great memory. 2.Logical thinking.
It seems very logical to believe that a scarce and decentralized financial asset like Bitcoin would have a great future. However, most people around the world aren't very logical and rational. Most politicians aren't very rational as well(including Trump). There will always be come kind of uncertainty about the future of BTC. We live in time, when the possibility of a World War III is real. Nobody knows what would happen with the world in the next 5 or 10 years.
Having an exceptionally high IQ doesn't mean that the guy would ever become a billionaire. Most of the people with the highest IQ in history were not extremely rich.
Is this some religious fanatic or what? He bought BTC which now belong to Jesus and will be used for his glory
Even if there is a possibility that this person exists, his IQ obviously means nothing, because intelligent people don't say such things on social networks, maybe in church or at some religious gathering. The devil is always listening, and how intelligent will he be if, after this announcement, some bad person visits him and says "hand over the BTC".
The guy with the highest IQ has only just realized that bitcoin is the future? He's a real dumbass unreasonable and a slowpoke if he only realized this now. Almost every user here already knew this 10-15 years ago, even without such high IQ scores.
There have been too many "propheticists" of bitcoin's future since the price jumped above 100k. Where were you all when everyone was predicting the "death" of BTC?
Having high IQ doesnt mean you always make the right decisions. Many intelligent people died the dumbest way possible in the past. Some of them died poor as well. Remember Nicola Tesla? When he died he wasnt rich. He was in poverty. If this is a marketing campaign to get people on board with bitcoin, I dont think it is a nice one. First of all going all in on whatever asset is not a good idea. I dont care if it is AAPL, BTC or even gold. Diversification is the way. Maybe this dude saw something most people miss, I dont know all about that because people who went all in the past are rich af nowadays. Maybe he will get rich as well. Time will tell.
Converting all his assets into bitcoin is a wise decision, because it cannot be affected by inflation over time the way other assets and currencies do, bitcoin can drive the result we wanted to an extent if we consider using it for our own benefits, being decentralized, we can invest and make more from it after the market rises, sell and reinvest again and then continue with the process repeatedly until we make more profits beyond expectations.
For somebody so smart, it took him... quite a lot... to get here.
And don't tell me he has missed it, since Bitcoin is in the news (not constantly though) for quite some years. He had plenty of time and opportunities, quite shame he has waited for this long.
Of course, better later than never... (he's not late, but he could have been much, much earlier)
