That address has received 100 tBTC before, did you lose them? In the last transaction, it spent 60 tBTC in here, which has received more than a thousand.
In any case, I sent you 0.1 tBTC: 8a225c99bf5247f4fd98539500412bde70725661b4456bba4e6f2620d08700ef. I believe it's enough to test stuff. You don't have to return them.

I checked on the users profile and noticed he made this loan request thread the day just after he created account on this forum and since then the user has not posted further in the forum.
I mean not to fume any illegal sensitivity here but I am just concerned to be cleared if can someone that has not built a reputation in the forum just come creating an account here just to loan? Because with my tendered knowledge I thought users must had built reputable trust while in the forum before filing such an appeal of loans.
His address received besides little breadcrumbs 60 tBTC and when he likely paid back or to whomever 20 tBTC, he transfered 40 tBTC to himself as change from the initial 60 tBTC chunk. Mempool.space doesn't recognize such a change transfer or self-transfer properly. Those 40 tBTC were then later transfered to the same recipient address that got the first chunk of 20 tBTC.
It's correct to say the address accumulated inputs adding up in sum to 100.x tBTC. In reality he only got 60.x tBTC in total from other entities.
Anyway, why asking for a loan of intended-worthless coins without explanation of use-case?
It looks a bit fishy, but still it's only worthless Testnet3 coins. With such an account he can afford to get negative trust if he fails to pay back the loan.
Why would you need someone to 'loan' you testnet bitcoins. Testnet bitcoins have no value and you are not supposed to buy or sell them. You can just get them for free.
