I've got this 140 square meter industrial space in Tirana, Albania with direct access to the national grid, costing around €0.12 per kWh, and it's 98% powered by renewable hydro. The place has a garage for two vehicles and a ceiling height of 3.5 meters. I'm looking for a mining operator to partner with on a lease arrangement that includes revenue sharing, ideally for at least 24 months. Open to chatting about capacity and other terms. Happy to provide a complete overview of the facility if you're interested.

$0.14 per kilowatt? Perhaps you're new and don't realize how expensive that is. In my opinion, if your rate is higher than 6 cents per kilowatt, forget about mining and consider another business. At $0.14 per kilowatt, you'll be mining at a loss even on the most modern equipment and won't recoup your investment.

I will second this.  The best air cooled gear  like the s21xp does 270 th which is 270 x .0287=7.749 so $7.749 earnings 3.6 x 24=86.4 K-watts power is used and that is 86.4x.14=12.096  power burned a huge loss as 7.75-12.10= negative 4.35 dollars if you had 7 us cent power or 6 euro cent power 7.75-6.05=1.7  profit on the s21xp which costs over 3000 usd and would take over 4 years to just pay off the gear.

Let me add a bit of information. Twenty-two months after the halving, the S21XP ASIC will be a useless machine with fans, and only miners with free electricity will use it. So, this ASIC will never pay for itself if you buy it now for $3,000. Look for other business opportunities. Or figure out how to use the hot air or water from cooling your ASICs to bring your electricity costs down to 6 cents.
