Has anyone here bought directly from Innosilicon?
I just made a purchase and they told me it’ll take 15 days to verify payment before they ship. Sounds kinda odd... Anyone else had a similar situation?
Innosilicon purchases has anyone tried buying directly?

They are used. They likely have to disconnect the device / test / box and ship. Not a crazy delay depending on where the device is housed.
I have not yet but I was on their website yesterday looking at some of the T3+ 57T models. Some of the prices they had seemed alright although they are not terribly efficient from a power standpoint if they can ship them out in under 15 days that is pretty amazing given the current backlog of most of the good models out there.

Bought from them in the past no issues. Current stock is pretty inefficient, but they are legit

I don't have any T3's to check anymore but I think, that some T3's had a SD card slot, perhaps something installed in there is resetting your miner.
Or it might have a virus.
Yes there is an SD card slot.
I didn't see anything to eject it. Think I need to take it apart?
I did, no issues.
1. Triple check you are on their official website.
2. I bought 7 T2T 26Th units, arrived no issues. There was a bit of a back and forth on shipping costs, but know that you are shipping from mainland China, not HK. Shipping rates are different, so be ready for that.
3. I saw someone mention used units. I am unaware that Innosilicon sells used units. What was on the website right now are all new units. They are a manufacturer, not a reseller so I would raise an eye brow if that was the case.
Go to their website right now and click on the T3
They are refurbished
This is the quote
"INNOSILICON T3+57T BTC Miner
Shipment is available in about 15 business days after full payment confirmation.
Only limited quantity. First pay, first serve.
Please note that they are refurbished machines, not new miners, if you expect a high-standard appearance, your discretion is strongly advised. Once the order is placed, it will be deemed as an acceptance."

So if dead oh well.
Innosilicon isn't that cut-throat on equipment issues.
Are you sure you used Inno's website which is https://www.innosilicon.com and not some scam cloned one?
Inno has always been a very reputable company to work with.
As no one has previously made such accusations, proofs of your problems please.
That was the legit page https://www.innosilicon.com/html/miner/index.html you used.
Which miner did you order, a T3?
Personally I do not use Inno miners and prefer Canaan's Avalons to any other make. That said, there is a lot of discussion about Inno's miners and sales/support always looks fine in the posts.
Pretty sure others who have directly dealt with Inno will chime in here.
I got a T3 and she is humming away at 57 th right now
nice. how long did it take to get it, from when you paid? I'm going on over 3 weeks.
They sent me a tracking number.. 3 to 4 weeks I'd say
Have you paid your tariff, yet? Assuming you're in the USA. Mine was $680.
Paid 7-18
Received 8-19
update. all miners arrived. appear to be working. happy.
ordered 8/4/21
arrived 9/8/21
