They are used. They likely have to disconnect the device / test / box and ship. Not a crazy delay depending on where the device is housed.

I resolved this too many times to count with some WD40. Curious what you come up with otherwise. You can always pick up a new shroud from a non-working unit and swap out the hashboards.

Highly recommend a rechargeable or plugin Compressed Air Duster. Then you don't have to buy/store multiple canisters of compressed air. This was a great change for me in my normal device maintenance.
