So, everyone's buzzing about 2025 being a bull year, right? Like, a lot of folks think Bitcoin will smash through $100k and hit new all-time highs. But I wanna spice things up a bit. What's your take? Do you think we'll see Bitcoin go up next year, or are we in for a price drop? Let’s hear what percentage of you think otherwise. Honestly, I bet almost everyone will say bull run. 2025 is gonna be wild. I'm still brainstorming more cool topics.

Though this halving might looking different with Government and institutional investors showing interest Historical data has shown that Bitcoin is way more bullish The year following the halving year. All this could be geometrically increased or decreased depending on the policy and actions of Trump.

I think the price of Bitcoin is still difficult to predict, because anything can happen because of many factors that we do not know in advance, but usually the trend of increasing the price of Bitcoin will occur one year after the halving occurs, so the possibility of an actual increase in the price of Bitcoin in 2025 is very large and my prediction is 150K to 180K. And we have seen the price of Bitcoin go up to 100K+ and that is because of Trump or other reasons that make the price of Bitcoin go up, so to reach the price I mentioned is still possible to achieve in 2025 and is a bullish year for Bitcoin, let's see.

If we take the $100,000 price as a reference, there is a possibility that the price will rise significantly in 2025 before we see a decline in the price at the end of the year, but after breaking the $100,000 price, that level no longer has any value.

You ask if the market will be in a bull or bear run next year while we’re currently in a bull run - of course, most people would choose bull. I think this bull run feels different. It’s not as explosive as the past ones where prices went crazy. I’d blame that on institutional investors as they’re the reason why volatility is much lower now. So, if we’re in a bull run, prices just steadily climb with minimal swings. We’re still below $100k, but for me, the market is definitely in a bull run.

I think the first quarter of the year 2025 would be about Bitcoin surging in price, trying to find just that spot to affix a proper ATH that would be consistent going forward and then after that, the other quarter of the year, we would find the bears gradually step in, step in well enough to create opportunities for those who don’t hope to invest at a high price, those who felt they missed opportunities but either way, we wouldn’t be seeing price drop below $100k after the ATH has been affixed sometime in the mid of next year.

It will be both. The bull ain't about done yet and this market, USD, global economy, plenty of reasons to think the rally still has got legs. But not so that the entire year is up. I have been waiting for the pre ATH crash. Never came. Maybe 2026. Maybe 2025. It has to happen.

Uncertainty is the answer. This year many lost hopes at some point that it will not exceed $100k yet it did. My prediction for next year is that Bitcoin will be bullish but i am not certain of anything. We may also a bearish movement before the end of next year which may leave us in midst of concluding if the year was bullish or bearish. One thing i know is that 2025 will be a good year for investor especially who wish to start their investment newly.

As I have said in another thread: Governments now want to be involved with strategic reserve.Big Tech wants to be involved.BlackRock is involved. There's no reason to be bearish for 2025.

I would say that even if Trump does something tricky - all the other parties are going into Bullish mode. As it was said by BlackHatCoiner. So there should be a lot of reasons for the next year to be going forward, up, that is.

We already see Bitcoin surpass $100k and reached $108k as temporary ATH which I guess we will see another ATH soon. Bitcoin price will increase in 2025 so there still a chance for us to buy more Bitcoin and sell it in the highest price. But we must be careful because beside the price increase, we also will see many corrections happen. That can attract us to see a drop for the price which can be our good moment to buy more Bitcoin. Yes, many people will choose bull run than bear market but we must be careful because the bear market can comes after the middle of 2025.

If you are sure that 100% of people will vote for the bull run, I don't see the point of asking such a question. It seems rather illogical to me at this point that next year could be in the sign of the bear, unless something very bad happens. All eyes are on one country and one man, and if he fails with his promises, maybe the bull run will end much earlier than most expect. This topic is not at all interesting, because you asked a question that doesn't make much sense - realistically, this is at the level of a beginner, not someone who should know much better.

Not sure of how it's going to be, because I'm not from the future. Though, I perceive some bullish movement, or we are going to continue with the same momentum for the first quarter of 2025. I'm not an analyst, but so far, I haven't seen any sign of a decline. Just few hours ago, Bitcoin experienced a short dip to around $64K, as someone must have probably dump a huge amount. But guess what, in just less than 3-4hrs, everything went back as if nothing ever happened. Bitcoin seems to be very interesting at this point, so I expect something greater in 2025.

'I think' does not mean 'I am sure'. Hope you were taught the differences between I think and I am sure? Can you not see people better than you making good posts on this thread. We are just having fun. And this can encourage some people to buy bitcoin if they are reading what good posters are posting. If many people even post, it can be used as a reference on news or another forum or online place that most voters on Bitcointalk vote for bull run.

Most of us believe in the 4-year market cycle, believe in history repeating itself and that is why we have been actively accumulating bitcoin since 2022 until now. Not to mention, I guess there are still many people who haven't taken profits yet and everyone wants to sell at a higher price so I would be surprised if anyone was bearish at this point. $100k is the target we have been waiting for a long time but when bitcoin crossed $100k, not many people sold it. Instead, most predictions suggest that bitcoin could hit $180k - $200k, with some suggesting it could hit $500k or more before the bull run ends. It can be said that the market is still extremely bullish so I have no reason to be pessimistic at this time    .

I think we should define what’s the specific timeline of our prediction here. There’s a time that cycle changes on a single year like bear market on the 1st to 3rd quarter then bull run on the 4th quarter or vice versa. I will assume we are predicting what will be the general for next year, My vote will go to bull run since US will not be the pain in the ass anymore due to Trump Admin support Bitcoin assuming he is true to his words. There’s no bad news looming on Bitcoin that can be a catalyst for a bear market.

Voted Bull, but we could see both to be honest. I expect Bitcoin to keep going up in the beginning of the year, but there's a risk of a market crash that can happen pretty soon, in which case, I don't see Bitcoin acting as a hedge or a store of value and it would probably go down together with all the stocks. Then again, doom & gloom predictions are often wrong so who knows. But even looking at the normal 4-year cycles, we should see the end of the bull market by the end of 2025, so I don't think there's a big chance of the whole 2025 being bullish up until the end.

also voted bull, but who fucking know really? anything can happen. i expect the market to go up simply because most people are holding their bitcoin (those wanting to take profite already sold, or are waiting for the price to go up even more). the available supply for sale is getting lower and lower, as governments wanting in, corporations, and investment funds continue buying, even at the top with no sign of slowing down.

Bull. I think people who voted bear are Warren Buffet or FUDster, even people who hold altcoins not want Bitcoin to dump because if Bitcoin dump, most of altcoins will dump too. Even Bitcoin price is only reach $110K in the next year, technically it's still bull because Bitcoin made new ATH, although the ATH wasn't really different than the ATH in this year. The cycle will repeat.

I know we are not predicting the future with certainty here but rather sharing enthusiasm for what might be an exciting year, fun speculation combined with valuable insights. If you're tired of seeing or reading questions like these, just answer these instead: What are your biggest concerns for the Bitcoin market in 2025? What factors do you believe will most significantly drive the price of Bitcoin next year?
