Hey there, mining buddies,
I’ve got a quick question for you all. Have any of you heard of the Aisen A1 Pro from aisenminer.top?
Has anyone actually placed an order with them?
I’ve got an A1 miner that I purchased in Germany, but I wanted to get the new A3 model directly from their site. So I went ahead and sent them $10,000 in BTC and now I’m just sitting here waiting for a response.
I tried reaching out via email today and it just bounced back. Thought that was kinda weird because I checked their site and it’s down! Sure, it could be a tech issue or something, but it just seems odd to me.
Anyone got any info on this?
Cheers!
The Aisen A1 Pro sounds like a refurbished old miner when googling shows it at only 23TH/s and 2200W ...
That performance dates back a few years at least.
Even an old S9 can get a H/J like that but at a lower hash rate.
If you paid $10k for a 23TH/s miner, you were ripped off.
You can find them way overpriced for around $1500
Sounds like aisenminer.top is a bunch of scammers
I paid $ 1800 per device for the new A3 miner from those.
The miner is supposed to do 60TH / s.
They also offered me to buy a sample first.

Hello!
This is a new product. There is still little of it on the market. You can order 1 piece per sample. Remaining in stock for today - 3 pieces. Are you ready to place an order?
End
And since I already have an A1 miner, please come to the manufacturer via the web interface.
I assumed that the manufacturer is serious like BitMain.
I did some research on the internet and found the following article.

What's your opinion ?
Unless it is using very old 16nm chips (cheap) and pulling over something like 5kw because of the old tech, this screams SCAM. The cost is far too low for a 60TH miner.
How can that be done? How high is the probability that the site will go offline after the purchase?
Visit the site often and have compared on scam sites (Bitmain, Innosilicon, Canaan.)
They would still try to scam more customers.
Or am I just thinking stupid?

The website is offline right now, preparing for "something cool" so I have no clue what they were advertising
and the last archived page doens't look good either:

So you buy a sample, that means a unit, just like you would place a normal order, that's not really an offer!
60TH for 1800$ is simply not believable at this point.
The gear would match an S17 or an M21 and you can't get those even used for under 3000$.
It's 2021, not 2019, comparing the efficiency of this gear with an S9 is simply wrong, compare it to the best you have on the market and then you have some true perspective on efficiency. Your A1 has around 0.09j/Gh, the S17 0.04, S19 0.03.
That being said, I'm really curious what this A1 of yours is, looks like some less efficient copy of Inno T2 HF+ from the picture I've seen.
I've already seen the archive page, but I definitely know that the page was up and running for 6-7 months.
Since I hardly think that I am the first and last and as I said, I own an A1 miner that makes 23.516 th / s.

Exactly my point, he made a review about a piece of gear that is near obsolete right now and compared it to another one on the brink of extinction, it's like reviewing Blackberry phones.
This aside, again 60TH for $1800 even at 0.04j/Gh, nope, not going to happen.
They could have easily sold it for twice the amount in a matter of minutes and not even needed to offer samples or something else.
