Is anyone else waiting on Payeer's AML/KYC review or refund?

Just wanted to start a discussion to see if anyone else is having issues with Payeer. My funds are currently frozen because they're doing an AML/KYC review, and I haven't heard back since last Sunday, February 1st (I've sent in all the documents they asked for). If you've been in the same boat: + Did you manage to get your money back? + How long did the AML/KYC process take for you? + Are you still waiting for any updates? I’d really like to know your experiences since it could help others facing the same problem. This whole situation has me feeling pretty anxious, and it's making me question which platforms are actually reliable. Thanks!

Might be worth asking in the service discussions board too. I've tried searching similar topics, but sadly, I can't find anything recent that might be related to your case. Hopefully, this'll get resolved soon, although you should be prepared for the worst. As for trusting which platforms, I think it's safer to assume you'll lose money regardless of which platform you choose, so you should only use the money you can afford to lose.
