I got an antminer from Bitmain that has an Amlogic control board. Can I switch it out for a BB control board since the Amlogic doesn’t have an SD card reader? Also, can I just flash the Amlogic with a micro flash drive I have that fits into the Amlogic board? Or is it better to just replace it with the BB board? Appreciate any help!

next the exact model name for your gears psu
The antminer is s19 90th model and the psu is APW121417 version B

but this company does have a rep here on the forum. and they will answer the question you are asking on their website.
I have interchanged some s19 controllers and I can tell you they dont always work when they say they will.
and sometimes they work when they say they wont.
