What’s the going rate for an Antminer S21plus? A buddy of mine is trying to sell me one, and I’m a bit puzzled because the price I’m seeing online is pretty close to what he wants. He’s asking $4000 for it, and it’s only a few months old. What’s the price for a brand new one, or am I missing something here? Can anyone point me to sites that sell this miner? I noticed the price on AliExpress is just above $4000 as well. For those interested, it’s got a config of 235 Terahash. Appreciate any help!

My uncle has order from you few month ago and he is happy with the mining you are doing a great job Op I’ve seen the Antminer S21+ (235 TH/s) listed online for around $4,000 depending on the site and condition if your friend’s unit is only a few months old and still under warranty $4,000 is very hiigh price you need to know that it is heavily used and you need to aim for 2500$ - 3000$

He does charged more but the shipping fee makes up for the extra hundreds of dollars more, I am not close to making decision yet, I am on my way to test his own out, if nothing happens I will prefer to buy here. Thank you

Mining equipment can take a month or so to arrive, but if you buy the equipment today and start mining, you'll earn additional profit. These are important factors to consider. Why is your friend selling the ASIC? Some ASICs malfunction. If I were you, I would negotiate the price and show offers from trusted stores. In my country, it's very difficult to sell equipment to a newbie. No one knows them, and even if they have a perfect ASIC, a regular miner would be better off buying equipment from a reputable store. Selling an ASIC to a newbie without a 20-30% discount will be very difficult. I don't know your market or your rules for selling used equipment, but somehow I'm sure your friend won't have many customers buying ASICs at market price. Taking these two factors into account, you can negotiate a better price.

well we do not know where the op lives. and shipping varies. altairtech.io is really good if you live in USA as shipping is fairly cheap. and they do deliver fast if they say it is in stock. but if the op is not in the USA there are a ton of other issues. about buying. Since the op did not mention his or hers country it is hard to let him know what to do.

Hi, i am very far from the USA, the closest country to us is China, and they have the cheapest shipping fee down to Ghana, we both know that shipping items is all about the weight of the product you want to ship and Asics are heavy, anyway, my friend gave me the privilege to run the miner for a while till i feel satisfied to pay the amount which looks like the best thing to do right now.  Thank you everyone.

If you received an ASIC and the opportunity to test it and pay a little later, then those are ideal conditions. In my country, no one sells ASICs like that, except in exceptional cases where the buyer or seller is a close friend or relative.
