Issue with Ebit e9i firmware

Hey everyone, I flashed my ebit e9i with the official firmware version V9.1.0.36. After rebooting, I can only get into port 22 via SSH, but the default admin/admin login isn’t working and I can't access the web interface at all. Anyone got any ideas on what to do? Appreciate the help!
