Hey everyone So, I have these Avalon 1166 Pro 81TH miners and they keep disconnecting from the slush pool server. They reboot and reconnect automatically in about 2 to 10 minutes. Is this normal? These miners have static IPs outside of the DHCP range, plugged directly into the router via ethernet, and they're set to connect to three different slush pool servers. Can anyone help me figure out why they're dropping the connection? Thanks!

Does it get too hot? It would help us if you can post the log here. (use code tag, it's the # button)

Thank you for responding, would you like to see the log from right after they disconnect or any other time?

set it to normal speed you should do around 68-70 th see if it runs better. if it does it may need more cooling to do the 81th.

Why not post the API logs at the current time? If you still keep disconnecting automatically right now you can copy the whole logs and let's see if we can find the reason under the logs. Or you can troubleshoot it with your own download the troubleshooting guide from this link below - https://canaan.io/service/447 Then open it with chrome or and PDF viewer scroll down the bottom and read "APPENDIX 4 Log Page main parameter" So that you know how to read the logs.
