Hey guys, I’ve got a Whatsminer M10 that starts up and recognizes 3 boards, but I can only see chips on 2 of them, while the third one shows 0 chips. I checked the voltage on the 2 pole connectors from the PSU and it was reading 14 volts. While doing this, the small cover that holds the control board slid down and touched both pole connectors at once, which caused the machine to shut down. I thought it might've gone into protection mode. I powered it off, waited about 10 minutes, and powered it back on. Now I'm getting an error code 210 and the voltage between the pole connectors is 0. I took the PSU apart and couldn’t find any blown fuses, except for the main one at the power input. When I refresh the miner control panel on my computer, it isn’t showing anything above 1s either. Is there anything else I should check? Has anyone else dealt with this? It’s really stressing me out since spare parts are so hard to come by right now. Maybe someone knows where I could get parts these days? Any help would be super appreciated, thanks!

If you are looking for parts try to check this - https://www.zeusbtc.com/Repair.asp You can also contact them directly and maybe they can give you some parts needed for your M10 PSU. Can you share the exact model of your PSU? I will try to use it as a keyword to find the service manual for that model through Google. I suspected there might be a short diode or mosfet that might cause no voltage output

Hey thanks for the reply, I have looked on their site and tried contacting them, and will continue to do so. It's a Whatspower P11.
