Issues with Whatsminer M30s+ hashboards after one week

Hey everyone, So, as the title says, I've lost four hashboards just one week after setting them up. I keep getting this 'slotx reading chip id error' on different rigs. Should I return these hashboards to Whatsminer? Also, why do they seem so much less reliable than the S19s?

belongs in support not hardware. It seems they have put out a batch of bad gear. You are not the first to complain here is another thread for you to read. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5401838.0 I have been doing this a long time. Avalon Bitman Whatsminer Spondollies some other tube based beast that burnt fried cat sold it.  all had some issues.  I go back to the first asics the usb sticks.
