I kicked off a business project a few years back, but had to pause it because of some health stuff. Now I'm keen to get it moving again. I’m on the lookout for someone who has a politically open mindset and is into some anti-establishment ideas. I’ve come up with a way for people to reclaim power in what should be a true democracy. No need for cash up front. It’s a pretty basic concept, but explaining it can get a bit tricky, so we’d need to chat over the phone if you want more details. Shoot me a DM, but don't expect a long reply... we’ll need to hash it out. If that’s not your thing, no hard feelings, just move on.
I should mention that getting a website up and launching a new crypto token would be among the initial steps.
Due to some confidentiality things, I can't reveal too much here, but I’ll share a few points to give you an idea.
The project has two components. One is a business idea to fund the other activist part. The business side is data-driven. The political angle is totally bi-partisan. While it’s centered around the USA, it has a global perspective (I’m Canadian). I’ve already got support from a notable right-wing (but not extreme right) anti-establishment organization and I’ve had interest from a left-wing group too (those are the only two I've talked to). There's a fair amount of math involved, but nothing too complicated. It's designed to really enhance democracy and use it as it was meant to be. It’s something totally unique and at its core, it’s pure anti-establishment. Your personal political views don’t really matter as long as you share the vision.
Adding a new token usually indicates greed. Your project (whatever it is) can work with Bitcoin or other established crypto. Ask AI to build you the website that can explain why you need to create a new token nowadays, and then we can read it. Talking to you privately just opens up social engineering scams.
You can't be a snowflake in the world of crypto. I took the time to tell you how to move forward but I'm not going to change patterns that have earned me a decade worth of respect, due to your ignorance. Tell us you're going to rob a bank and get away with it - we don't need details to know you are full of shit.
It makes more sense to tell the community what the project is really about than asking people to contact you in private just to find out more about it. By sharing the basics, you will at least get rid of DMs asking for more information and wasting both your time and theirs if they find out it's not something they want to participate in.
If the project is political activism with anti-establishment at its core, why is there a need to issue a new token or develop a completely new blockchain for it? Why does the project need a cryptocurrency at all, and if it must use crypto, why not an established coin like bitcoin, monero, or even ethereum? Can those digital assets not serve for the use cases you have in your mind?
I was attracted to the title; the idea is unique, and I expect to see a guy who is so professional that it would convince us of how great his ideas are, make us believe, and get our wallets ready to send him funds until I read these.
Here's another pretender, wanting a cash cow.
That's not how your scam works. You will claim to be an investor, pump the price of your token, then pull the rug. It's been done hundreds of times. You have no idea how much I know about you.
You need to look inside yourself and ask why it makes you feel so superior as to insult everyone else first thing. Then cry to a moderator when they don't run away?
Your hallucinations and hatred of authority come from your own perceptions. Don't be so easily beaten by mindless trolling - grow thicker skin if you wanna be in politics! Would you be shocked to learn this forum attracts people with persecution complexes? It's a standard symptom of "Main Character Syndrome". I missed my chance with bitcoin. Can we start fair??
Take care, Veggybrain.
You're ruining your proposals by the way you address the conversation; you just have to focus on your idea and all the questions.
Good projects are managed and developed by people who can focus and not be thrown off by remarks.
You don't force your idea or target personalities if you received criticism.
It's all messed up now, and you contributed to it.
I believe voting rights should be limited based on their level of understanding of politics, economics, and social issues (at a minimum). If you want to influence politics, take an exam on the structure of your country. The functions of the president, parliament, and prime minister, the fundamentals of the constitution, and so on.
These are some of the ideas I've come up with over the past couple of years. I'm open to hearing from you and sharing more of my thoughts. Contact me on Telegram: panopticinsights.
Secrecy + phone call = credibility problem.
If the concept is rudimentary, it should be at least explainable. if it requires a phone call to understand, that means it is poorly structured.
Share a clear roadmap at least.
There is bitcoin - good for decentralized projects
There is Moreno - if you are building something secrete and anti-establishment
In crypto, transparency is a feature. in a public development forum like bitcointalk, secrecy doesn't fly.
Too many abstract phrases dude. We need technical descriptions.
One of the advantages should be for funding right?
How will you drive utility because crypto projects doesn't succeed on ideological secrecy.
The ICO days are over, yet we still see people launching crowdfunding hoping there are gullible people who will take a bite. This is the second crowdfunding I saw today. The other one talks about the Quantum project, but they cannot present the team or their credentials.
For all we know, these are people who just learned to code, got ideas from past dead projects, and want to create their own cash cow.
My advice is: don't give money to random guys; they are not Satoshi-like guys creating a revolutionary idea.
Ahh, nothing wrong with hiding actual math or algorithm but the main architecture of the project, tokenomics model and skeleton of the smart contract should be publicly available on GitHub and Lightpaper. In this quantum era, if an experienced builder sees someone saying 'DM for details' is nonsense.
