I'm on the hunt for someone to collaborate with. Ideally, I'm looking for a person who has a solid background in mining. I’ll take care of 70% of the mining gear, and you just need to pitch in the other 30%. Once we start mining, we'll split the profits based on our agreement.

If you can provide 70 percent of mining instruments yourself then you can stand alone as a miner, unless there is more I don't get about your topic, why exactly do you want to work with someone? To set up the miners for you? Cheap electricity benefits? Can you be more clear about this? Thank you.
Do you have a location? What are your electricity prices?
Mining requires a location and cheap electricity first, followed by investment and specialists. If you don't have what I mentioned at the beginning, you don't need the rest.
What does it mean "after mining"? You will constantly receive coins.

Fast numbers to toss at you.
4 cent power = great
5 cent power = very good
6 cent power = good
7 cent power = okay
8 cent power = Mediocre
9 cent power = not good
10 cent power or higher is a losing number.
You want at least 1 mega watt for a business with partners.
A container of 40 feet can do a megawatt
A mega watt can do 250 s21xp units.
250 x 5000 = 1250000 usd to fill the container
The container is around 100,000 installed
So 1,350,000 fully loaded unit.
They would do 270x250= 67500 th.
That is 0.037 x 67500= 2500 a day in btc
4 cent power cost 864
5 cent power cost
6 cent power cost 1296
7 cent power cost
8 cent power cost 1728
Now if I have 1,350,000 cash and buy a 4 percent bond I get 54,000 interest with no risk to the 1350000
If I set your mine up the 1350000 is at risk
I do generate 1600 a day with 4 cent power this is half a million and the gear will likely turn decreasing money for 3 years

You should state the 70 percent of things that are available and the 30 percent of things that you need your partner to provide so anyone who is close to you will know if he or she can join you, if you have electricity inside the 70 percent you are talking about I don't think you need anyone to assist you or even join you however since I really don't know why you need someone so I won't really understand why you need someone to join you. I will advise you to make a good list of everything you need first and then list out all you need from someone as a partner.
Well Good luck on your journey.
Thank you all for your reply and concern I have seen someone who's interested and we have started.
As for electricity it has already been sorted out.
You found a partner very quickly. I hope your quick acquaintance doesn't lead to quick disappointments.
In such matters, it's crucial to think everything through carefully and calculate all possible risks if you're investing large sums of money in this business. Preparation can usually take several months.

Same thing I was thinking he was too fast to accept someone as a partner. and just like you have said FP91G I also hope his quick acquaintance doesn't lead to quick disappointment.
I believe if he thinks everything through he may not even see the need for a partner in this mining journey he is about to begin, because like he said he already has 70 percent of what should be needed to start mining so I see no reason for a partner.
I believe he may have already started with his new found partner however OP if you are seeing this comments think very well and reconstruct your plans so you won't be disappointed at the end of everything.
