Sent it over an hour ago... the recipient claims it's not showing up in their wallet. The sender confirms it was sent an hour back. It's visible on the blockchain as well. Can anyone help track this down?

Follow the trace made in the post above. It can help you understand the transaction elements yourself so you won't get confused next time. The most important is that you check the address sent to you by the recipient if it's the same receiver address in the transaction. I hope you didn't made a mistake when withdrawing from stake platform. Next time, i advice you make withdrawals to your personal address before sending to another recipient. The recipient maybe himself is using a deposit address from an exchange platform or whatever service which maybe flagged the deposit since it came from a casino. Don't hesitate to share more details here so we can help you.

I don't know if you were the recipient or the senders but First find out what the recipient address is and the network (chain) and then compare it with the receiving address in the transaction ID you posted. I just do hope the transaction was being sent to a noncustodial wallet and not a custodial wallet or service. if it is the latter, then you might want to consider contacting them as well.
