Need tips on business insurance in Quebec

Hey everyone! I’m a French dude who moved to Canada a few years back. After spending some time in a consulting firm in Montreal, I'm getting ready to kick off my own bitcoin trading startup. Honestly, I know nothing about business insurance in Canada. I’ve heard it varies by province, is that true? Since I’ll be based in Quebec, I checked out some business insurance guides, like this one in French.
