Keeping it simple to avoid spam, I'm just sharing the node details here. It's not the fastest node out there, but it definitely works.
If you need some Testnet4 tBTC, just shoot me a message. It’s totally free! If I don’t see anyone asking for it (maybe folks prefer testnet3, who knows), I’ll just give it to a faucet.
