Quality of Ebang Ebit Asic Miners

I’m thinking about getting one of the new Ebang miners. Has anyone used them before? How do they hold up in terms of quality? What’s the customer support like? If something breaks down, are they around to assist you? Appreciate any feedback!

Just look through the Support area to find the issues people have had with Ebang miners. There is good reason very few people use them: They have horrible quality, even below Bitmain's S17's - and those are pretty bad with over 25% failure rates... Customer service is non-existent.

Well assuming they fired all their support staff and all their management and replaced them all, maybe things could be different now?

Pretty much the same reason their stock is getting hammered since it started trading. The build quality and reliability of the machines have been sub-par. I personally would not choose to buy any.  Other choices out there without having to worry about the headache of problems.
