Hey everyone. I need some info for an academic project, so I appreciate any help. I’m curious about how the voting works for miners regarding soft fork acceptance. Who kicks off the voting process, who asks the miners the questions, and how do they handle the responses for approval or rejection? How do miners get this vote, what do they see, and what’s the process for them to accept or reject it?
