Questions about Whatsminer M32 and M31

Hey everyone Hope you’re all doing alright during these COVID times. I have a quick question. I’ve used Bitmain Miners for ages, but this is my first time with the M32 and M31s. A couple of things I’m curious about. 1. Do Whatsminers really take like 20 minutes to reach full speed? 2. What temperatures are you all seeing for the chips and boards? My chips are hitting around 97, not sure if that’s normal. Thanks!

It is an older model, but you can see my M20S review/guide for reference, if you like to. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5155468 It takes a while for it to autotune and start mining full throttle. I had about 73C temps with the M20S.
