Everyone got served, a default judgment's been entered, and the Solicitor General plus SCOTUS have been kept in the loop. US case law states that if you're aware your rights might be violated, you should file something ahead of time. Didn't get it. If those photos can be viewed, we might actually get bits of what he is saying. Didn't he just claimed he is Satoshi? Satoshi seem can express well which studies shows he even use UK English terms. Anyway, if he showed his paper to any government office like SCOTUS before releasing it publicly as opensource, he would have been traced already by the authorities.
