How about the risk to lose, are you still going to expect a return if the trade goes the sideways? Or you are not aware that nomatter how good and experience a trader would be, there is still possibilities to lost. So I hope when you find an interested traders in request to incorporate with you don't should not be carried away with the trading histories. While you have also said you can go a long time trades funding deal,why not you just Invest the money you have and hold? Besides the market is currently going bear which I think would provide you a chance to buy valuable amount of bitcoin cheaply and holds while investors anticipates on the markets recovery up to the  bull run.
