Hey guys, I just found out about Blockonomics' newest update, and it looks like they've rolled out a Native Text Search feature. For anyone who hasn't heard, they’ve revamped their search system so now you can easily search for and read plain text messages that are part of Bitcoin transactions, like OP_RETURN data, without needing any extra tools to decode it. Since there's usually a lot of chatter about on-chain data and message indexing on this forum, I'm curious to see what everyone thinks about this.

Found this thread searching for our mentions. Thanks for posting. Would love to hear community thoughts on this and any new features requests. Our blog post  showcases lots of interesting text/snippets found on blockchain. Feel free to let us know any other interesting text/patterns that you discover and we would be happy to  add that to our blog

There are some website offering similar feature, some of them discussed on Searching for OP_return data. I welcome your website adding this feature as well, since having more choice wouldn't hurt. But have you compared your website with others?

I was gonna say people who know about OP_RETURN and whatnot should have a good idea about how blockchain works, and probably knows a thing or two about privacy, so the chance of them inserting dangerous info would be low. Then I remember some dumb cases where people store seed phrase on plain text and so on. Never say never I guess. Speaking of the tool itself, I remember seeing a thread about another project in the Proejct Development board before. Obviously it's less mature with a lack of polish since the dev is probably just one guy. I'm not sure if the demand is higher than I expected or lots of devs are just interested on making this feature marketable.
