Check this out: trumpcard.gov Also, this link has more info: truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/114667321433310931 So, the Trump Gold Card is a deal where you can get U.S. residency pretty quick. Just pay a processing fee and after getting vetted by DHS, you need to drop a cool $1 million. Then there’s the Trump Platinum Card. If you’re interested, you can sign up for the waiting list. For a fee and after DHS approval, you’ll need to contribute $5 million. This card lets you spend up to 270 days in the U.S. without having to pay taxes on income that’s earned outside the U.S.

Yes, but there are people on the forum who are so envious of the rich, and who will therefore be poor all their lives, that they think that despite DHS vetting, those who obtain the Trump Gold Card will be corrupt. It seems that it is worse to give these cards to a few vetted people than to let millions of unvetted people into the country via the Mexican border.

My opinion on this matter is that if you have a million dollars, you can obtain citizenship in many countries for much less, or get a business visa in many countries. If someone dreams of living in the US, this is a great opportunity. People will be transferring Polish capital to the US, so it's beneficial for the country.

This has always been my opinion of Trump. He's far more suited to being a businessman and sales manager than the president of the world's largest country. He even names the card after himself.  Trump never stops coming up with new ways to bring in more money. Tomorrow, perhaps a new idea will occur to him: turn this card into a meme or an NFT. As for me, I personally have no interest in going to the United States, so purchasing a Trump Gold Card is not among my dreams.

Trading green cards on a decentralized exchange is an interesting idea. And if you read the proposal carefully, you'll see it's very well-written. Trump isn't selling out US citizenship. The purchase will only be granted after verification and the provision of additional documents, so it's only available to a select group of people Trump wants to lure to the US.

There's a third card. The Trump corporate gold card, which can be gotten by corporate institutions for their employees, and it goes for $2 million dollars per employee. I hope they also consider illegal immigrants who got deported. I mean, those that have clean records and can afford the money. I think it would be a great opportunity for them to get back in the US legally.

The US has numerous sanctions against Russia, and Russian citizens are currently experiencing numerous problems with visas and obtaining US citizenship. But if there's an excellent specialist from a non-sanctioned country, a corporation can easily issue them a work visa and avoid paying $2 million. You'll agree that the specialist must be very good to be paid $2 million.

This program is for the wealthy, if you can make a donation of 1 million dollars to the U.S. government, then you can live comfortably anywhere in the world. So those who would take advantage of this Trump gold card visa program are wealthy individuals and entreprenuers who dream to live and do business in the U.S. I believe congress still has to approve this, right? I don't think this is a bad idea though, it would attract only successful people and there is also dhs vetting, so it is not like anybody who applies gets in. However, i am sure the democrats would oppose it and accuse him of putting America up for sale, lol.

Yes, the idea of trading green cards via a decentralized exchange is an interesting one, but it would be very difficult to implement. I mean, it would be very difficult for it to be decentralized, because the US government would be a mandatory party to this, as it would be the one to grant approvals subject to certain conditions and after the Department of Homeland Security conducts verification. In reality, Trump wants to attract certain groups from other countries while simultaneously excluding other groups already present in the United States. I don't know if he will succeed in his plan.

Is that $1m contribution a donation? Not an investment which the investor can collect back after a certain time period it seems. If so, then it doesn't make sense for any investor regardless of their net worth. There are far, far better deals out there. Throw $1m to the trash can just to be able to have a US residency? That's probably closer to be a scam rather than a good deal. If it is a joke, then a very bad one. USA is not even the most  secure country, why do they ask so much money for their residency and why would anyone consider paying? Maybe Donny is trying to tax the rich Arab oil oligarchs that way. Maybe he already has a customer list and waiting them to make their orders...

the Trump Gold NFT or collectible coins, it’s mostly hype and branding. Could make a quick flip if demand spikes, but it’s not really about long-term value more of a novelty/collector’s play.

I don't see any problems with implementation. Anyone who buys this card has the right to apply for US citizenship and undergo all the necessary checks through a simplified procedure. I'm sure there will be people who buy this card and don't exercise their rights until a certain age. It's the easiest millions for the US government

This is one part of this scheme i am yet to completely understand. I know of other countries that have investment visa schemes, but it is about making investments in the country. I.e. Singapore's investment visa, it grants permanent residency to investors who meet the criteria of investing a minimum of a certain amount in the country. However, in the Trump gold card it is called a 'donation' or 'gift'. Can anyone clarify if this is an investment or a donation to the U.S. government with no benefit for the investor other than a residency permit.

Yes, it's certain that millions will seek to purchase the card, because America is the dream of many young people. But how can someone purchase the card without being certain they qualify for approval? I mean, if someone purchases the card for $1 million, then applies for the necessary checks to obtain approval, and is then rejected because they didn't receive security clearance, for example, what would be the legal position in this case? The U.S. government certainly won't refund the $1 million he paid.

It "substantially benefits the United States." This program isn't for ordinary people who dream of entering the United States and living legally here. Therefore, the $1 million is a minor formality for this procedure. With $1 million there are many opportunities to obtain citizenship in many countries, but not for US citizenship. According to this program: First, the applicant submits an application and pays a processing fee. Then, the application is reviewed, all data is verified, and additional documents may be requested. Only at the third stage, after the verification results are positive, the applicant pays $ 1 million or $ 5 million, depending on the program.
