using secp256k1 to create a bip32 wallet

Hey there, Is anyone aware if I can set up a BIP32 wallet (like m/0/01......) using Python-SecP256k1? Appreciate any help!

The python-secp256k1 only gives point math but you still need HMAC-SHA512, chain codes, hardened vs non-hardened CKD, and Base58Check. So, no, not with the pythun-SEC alone .

If you DIY BIP32, implement master key and CKDpriv first, then verify with the official test vectors before mainnet.

The OP opened the thread and then vanished 1 hour after posting. I think you waste your time. But, nevertheless, I've implemented a very simple BIP39 mnemonic generator in Python. It's not exactly what OP wants, but I believe they may be confused.
