Honestly, anyone not actively paying attention to this is just wasting time. The BIP 110 proposal blocks many PQ signatures. It’s a joke those complaining about quantum resistance don’t get it.

The mod N thing is really just for software that generates keys randomly. It's way safer to generate a random 256-bit number than to mess around with RNGs.

They pushed BIP-110 on-chain, but it won't fix spam. Just gonna push spammers to find new methods.
