Hey everyone, I'm a supporter of BIP-110, aka RDTS. It’s set to roll out in August 2026. I run my own node and have a keen interest in Bitcoin's security and economics. Just your average guy here, living straight and healthy.

Seriously, this just feels like pointless chatter. BIP-110 isn’t necessary for Bitcoin’s health, guys. If you care, keep it to one thread.

I'm totally against BIP-110. Running my node, stacking sats, and honestly, I’m all about caffeine and beef. This isn’t Tinder, it's this forum. The focus should be on Bitcoin's core values, not half-baked ideas.

Amen to that! Also, don’t forget your other thread about spotting no-coiners. No one with actual Bitcoin would back something like BIP-110. Just look at the low percentage of support.

Why does sexuality even come up in this convo? Seems weird to me. Let’s stick to the topic.

Funny how people are worried about adult content on the blockchain... maybe they’re hiding something themselves? Just a thought.

Right? They're more focused on the 'dick butt jpeg' than Bitcoin itself!

Wait, is there actually a ‘dick butt jpeg’ in a transaction? I don't spend my free time digging for porn on the blockchain, lol.

If it isn’t there, we should just slap one in before the split. Would be hilarious. But realistically, they’ll just filter out what they don’t like.

I won't dig into that, but some say there’s questionable content on the blockchain. I've seen actual malware linked to it too.

True. I mean, there’s that one transaction with malware that was tweeted about. Pretty wild stuff.

Why the need for so many threads on BIP-110? We’ve pretty much covered everything. Let’s just wait for block 961,632 to see what happens.

I think proponents just want to highlight how important this activation is for them. That's why they keep posting.

How many of your non-110 coins can I swap for my 110 coins? Seems like a win-win, right?

Nah, all coins remain fungible. There won't be a special version for BIP-110. Holders will have the same coins after the soft-fork.

It’ll split if it doesn’t get majority hashrate. You realize that, right? Just hoping for delusion isn’t a strategy.

BIP-110 won’t cause a chain split. Blocks will be rejected like usual if miners push invalid ones.

Here’s the deal: Your BIP-110 node will start rejecting what it sees as ‘spam’. If most miners keep to non-BIP-110 rules, you’re out of the loop.

Only if the majority supports it, otherwise it splits. Non-signaling blocks get rejected. The chain will definitely split after 961,632.

That’s not entirely correct. Soft-forks work differently. A chain split isn’t the same as with hard-forks. And what’s wrong with being straight?
